Richard Newton
American illustrator who started his career in Chicago. He worked freelance for Playboy as well as taking on a job at Jack O’Grady Studios. He relocated to New York and worked on magazine covers such as BusinessWeek, TV Guide, then later on Newsweek, U.S. News & World Report, and National Wildlife. He also worked on numerous horror book covers as well as romance.
