Roy F. Guste, Jr.

Roy Francis Guste Jr. (1951–2021) was a New Orleans–based culinary historian, photographer, and author of Louisiana French-Creole cuisine cookbooks. He was the proprietor of New Orleans' Antoine's Restaurant from 1975 to 1984.
