Billy Childish, also known as Bill Hamper (born Steven John Hamper, 1 December 1959) is an English painter, author, poet, photographer, filmmaker, singer and guitarist. He has been in numerous groups including The Pop Rivets, Buff Medways, Thee Headcoats, Thee Mighty Caesars, Thee Milkshakes, Wild Billy Childish & The Musicians Of The British Empire, CTMF etc.
