First Impression 1952 Second Impression 1974 Snippet from inside dust jacket: This book is a sequel to Spirit Teachings, rightly regarded as Spiritualism's greatest classic and its "Bible". Its "author" was the Rev W. Stainton Moses, an Anglican clergyman. The communicators, by brilliant logic, compelled their medium to abandon, stage by stage, his orthodox religious outlook. They gave clear evidence of their high purpose and furnished irrefutable Survival evidence. There were 22 communicators, headed by one who signed himself "Imperator". Later he revealed he was one of the Bible prophets. Others proved they were ancient philosophers and sages. The script, done in the medium's normal waking state, took 11 years and filled 24 notebooks. |
