| Notes | The ever popular songs of Thomas Armstrong, the Pitman's Poet, first appeared in book form in 1909. His son W.H.Armstrong compiled this 1930 edition. This was subsequently re-printed some time after his death in 1953 (possibly in the mid 60's to co-incide with the release of the Topic Records LP "Tommy Armstrong Of Tyneside" containing many of the songs in this booklet).
