Issued in two states, identical except for the dust jackets. Many first state dust jackets were destroyed during storage. The first state dust jacket features green lettering by Frank Utpatel. The more common second state features orange and white lettering by Gary Gore. Some copies had tipped-in errata sheets on the copyright pages.
