| Notes | Compared to the original edition, this revised edition contains almost exclusively recipes with preparation instructions. The sections on mixing and bartending are missing, except for a few small snippets, the ones on beverage knowledge are completely absent.
In return, the recipe section was generously expanded, with 736 recipes compared to 418 in the original edition. These are arranged thematically in the index, alphabetically in the text section, whereas in the first edition it was exactly the other way around. |
