In Plastic Man (Volume 4) #1, Eel O'Brian's driver's license is issued in Cole City, named after Jack Cole. In the next issue, this is changed to Mammoth City. In Justice League of America: Rebirth #1, Mammoth City's state is identified as New Jersey. |
