Werner Söderström Osakeyhtiö

Werner Söderström Osakeyhtiö (WSOY for short) is a Finnish publishing company founded in 1878 by Werner Söderström in Porvoo. The company headquarters were moved to Helsinki in 1930. It has been owned by the Swedish Bonnier Group since 2011, and is part of Bonnier Books Finland. Parallel company names: Werner Söderström AB (on Scandinavian books) Werner Söderström Ltd (on English-language books) Their former printing companies - located in Porvoo and Juva - have gone through several name changes. The current name is Bookwell Oy (since 2010).
