Ximox! Werbeagentur GmbH is a German advertising agency and graphic design studio, founded in 2000 by <a href="/c/comics/credit/13140/horst-gotta/">Horst Gotta</a>, <a href="/c/comics/credit/7541/dirk-schulz/">Dirk Schulz</a> and his then wife <a href="/c/comics/credit/22722/delia-wullner-schulz/">Delia Wüllner-Schulz</a>. Parent company of <a href="/c/comics/company/25235/splitter-verlag-gmbh-co-kg/">Splitter Verlag GmbH & Co. KG.</a>, founded in 2006. Wüllner-Schulz, who until then had held the position of managing director, left the company at the end of 2016 / beginning of 2017, presumably because of the separation from Schulz, who subsequently took over the tasks.
