UP-FRONT AGENCY Co., Ltd. (株式会社アップフロントエージェンシー) is the artist management company under UP-FRONT GROUP. UP-FRONT AGENCY provides "training, management and promotion of talents". In the past, most Hello! Project members were under this company. As of October 1, 2012, UP-FRONT AGENCY split into two companies and various acts remained in the other half, called UP-FRONT PROMOTION.
