| Notes | 2 colors printed on heavy white stock ---- The Get Up Kids have been one of my absolute favorite bands for the past 20+ years, so it’s an understatement to say that I was honored to get to work with them on this limited edition poster for their 2019 November Tour. Rob mentioned doing something with sharks, and I was immediately struck with illustrating a scene from below that’s a bit up for interpretation. Is the shark huge, or is it just closer to our point-of-view than the boat? Is it ominous, or tranquil? Is the shark on its way to the surface, or just passing by? |
