| Notes | 8 color screen print with metallic gold/blue inks -------- Show was cancelled - copies later sold via the band's web store with a "cancelled" stamp image imposed over the bottom middle. Artist copies (s/# out of 100) and some copies that were part of "mystery boxes" sold by Ten Club do NOT have the cancelled stamp on them.
