| Notes | 4th printings were actually printed at the same time as the RP-2 edition, but were not recognized until later. In the blue triangle in the upper left, there are three small white dots. Prints are identical in size to RP-2 edition prints and it is unclear if the full RP-4 edition has the "white dot" flaw or not. Although the main focus of the poster is for the bands, the show was opened each night with a performance of the plan "The Dutchman" by Le Roi Jones and produced by the New Stage Company. |
