CNC

The Center national du cinéma et de l’image animée (CNC) is the French national film promotion agency based in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The CNC was founded under the name Center national de la cinématographie and is subordinate to the French Ministry of Culture. The minister of culture is appointed by the minister of culture. The CNC manages a film archive in the former fortress of Bois-d’Arcy near Versailles. It is a member of the TV France International sales association.
