In 1984 Stéphane Millière, Pierre-François Decouflé and Gilles Galud, founded Gedeon Sarl2, Audiovisual Communication Agency which quickly became a leader in the field of antenna design, then expanded its activity to the production of advertising and institutional films, video clips, short films, documentaries and TV magazines.
In 1996, Gedeon reorganized around a holding company in which the founding partners are equal shareholders. Three subsidiaries controlled by the holding company are created: Stéphane Millière directs Gedeon Programs, Gilles Galud Gedeon Communications, Pierre-François Decouflé Gedeon Films.
