Sony Music Entertainment (Italy) S.p.a.

Established in 1991 and operating until 2004 when it was merged into Sony BMG Music Entertainment (Italy) S.p.A.. Sony Music Entertainment (Italy) S.p.A. was the successor to CBS Dischi S.p.A. and the Italian affiliate of Sony Music Entertainment Inc. It handled Sony Music's labels, like Columbia, Epic, Legacy and Sony Music in Italy. Not to be confused with Sony Music Entertainment Italy S.p.A. which was established in 2009.
