Originally founded as a film studio 'Neuhaus' Rümlang AG, the company was renamed Kino Park AG in October 1990. In July 2001 the company was renamed VIP Entertainment AG. The company has been known as Ascot Elite Home Entertainment AG since September 20, 2006.
