From 1997 Oliver Simon took over Free X as the sole owner and founded other companies that could be called the K5 group: the film production K5 Film, the rights and license trade K5 International, the VR and AR production company K5 Factory, agency and Script-Service Free X and the specialized IT service K5 CTRL IT.
