Austro Mechana has been a subsidiary of AKM since June 10, 2013.
The AKM grants organizers, broadcasting companies and other providers licenses for the public performance or broadcast / provision of copyrighted music for a fee and distributes them to its members in full after deducting the administrative effort or within the framework of reciprocity agreements via foreign collecting societies to their members.
