American home video and home audio manufacturer based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Active from 1968 to 1982. Arguably the creators of the home video market via their licensing deal with 20th Century Fox in 1977 to release 50 titles on VHS and Betamax. Acquired in 1979 by 20th Century Fox, and reorganized in 1982 into 20th Century-Fox Video.
