Harry Mulisch

Harry Mulisch (Haarlem, 29 juli 1927 - Amsterdam, 30 oktober 2010) was a Dutch writer. Along with Willem Frederik Hermans and Gerard Reve, Mulisch is considered one of the "Great Three" of Dutch postwar literature. His novel De Aanslag (The Assault, 1982) was adapted into a film that won both a Golden Globe and an Academy Award. His book The Discovery of Heaven (1992) was also adapter into a movie.
