Lucia Bosé

Lucia Bosè, born Lucia Borloni, was a Spanish naturalized Italian actress, elected Miss Italy 1947. Together with Silvana Pampanini, Gina Lollobrigida and Sophia Loren she was one of the first busty in Italian cinema. The gates of the cinema opened after 1947 thanks to the victory of the Miss Italia competition in Stresa. Other competitors who later became famous actresses took part in the same edition: Gianna Maria Canale, Gina Lollobrigida (who finished second and third respectively), Silvana Mangano and Eleonora Rossi Drago, later excluded because married and mother.
