Johnny Hess
Johnny Hess was a French-speaking Swiss singer, pianist and songwriter. From 1933 to 1937, he formed the duo Charles and Johnny with Charles Trenet. Johnny Hess popularized in France the name "zazou" with his songs Je suis swing (1938) and Ils sont zazous (1942).
