Stephen Mendel (Montréal, Québec, Canada) is a Canadian / American actor.
Mendel started singing at the age of eight. He received his education in Montreal and subsequently studied at Bishop's University in Sherbrooke. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in drama here. He then immediately started working in theaters. then he moved to Los Angeles to act there.
After this he played several roles in television series and films, he is best known for the Night Heat television series in which he played the role of Freddie Carson in 95 episodes (1985-1989). He is also known for the television series Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation in which he provided the voice-over for his character Splinter in 25 episodes (1997-1998).
