Peters Sisters

The Peters Sisters were an American female vocal trio of African American origin founded in the 1930s and active until the 1960s. He specialized initially in a blues, swing and jazz repertoire before moving on to melodic pop. Two other sisters, Edith (1926-2000) and Joyce Peters (1929), formed a female vocal duo that achieved some notoriety in France and the Netherlands in the 1950s and 1960s.
