Massimo Wertmüller is an Italian actor.
Grandson of the director Lina Wertmüller, after having made his theater debut in 1976 with Luci di Bohéme, a show presented at the Venice Biennale, in 1978 he began attending the workshop of stage exercises by Gigi Proietti. Together with his classmates Paola Tiziana Cruciani, Shereen Sabet, Rodolfo Laganà, Patrizia Loreti and Silvio Vannucci he founded the comic group La Zavorra, active in cabaret theater and television entertainment until 1984.
Wind's first testimonial in 1999, he supports the organization Doctors Without Borders and various animal rights causes. Since 2016 he collaborates with the information site alganews.it.
