Isabel Russinova, pseudonym of Maria Isabella Cociani, is an actress, TV presenter and former Italian model. As a singer he used the name Isabella Russinova.
She began her career as a model in Milan for the Caremoli agency and in the editorial offices of Vogue Italia, Lei and Harper's Bazaar magazines. In Milan, thanks to an audition for the television program of Enzo Tortora Cipria, she was chosen to participate in the transmission with a singing contribution to the soundtrack.
After the experience as a model and having achieved popularity in the eighties in the television and cinema field, she is now a cultural operator, playwright, writer and producer of cinema and theater. Her attention to issues aimed at social issues, women, equal opportunities and the defense of human rights, have led her to be an official testimonial of Amnesty International today.
She is Tiber Academic, honorary cultural correspondent of MACTT, honorary correspondent of Slavic culture, awarded by the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of Bulgaria. From 2011 to 2013 she directed, first as head of the prose, then as artistic director, the traditional theater Alfonso Rendano of Cosenza. Since 2016 she has been a Mauritian Academic for merit. She is the founder, together with Rodolfo Martinelli Carraresi, and artistic director of the production company Ars Millennia Production.
