Franco Angrisano was an Italian actor.
Known by the general television audience in the role of Giacinto, the bonaccione sacristan of I bambini di Padre Tobia (1968) with Silvano Tranquilli, he is noticed by Eduardo de Filippo who wants him at his side for the next fifteen years, and by many directors (Sergio Leone, Ettore Scola) who want him as a character in numerous films on the big screen. He will thus act with the greatest actors of the twentieth century such as Alberto Sordi and Monica Vitti in Polvere di stelle, Jack Lemmon and Marcello Mastroianni in Maccheroni or Giancarlo Giannini in Ternosecco.
Franco Angrisano dedicated the last years of his life to amateur theater companies, which he encouraged and followed by reciting often on tour alongside young Salerno actors and directors.
