Warner Bros./Seven Arts
Warner Bros.-Seven Arts, Inc. was an American entertainment company active from 1967 until 1970. Seven Arts Productions acquired Jack L. Warner's controlling interest in Warner Bros. Pictures for $32 million in November 1966, the merge between two companies was finished by July 1967, it renamed as Warner Bros.-Seven Arts. Warner Bros.-Seven Arts was acquired in 1969 by Kinney National Company. In April 1970, Kinney deleted "Seven Arts" from the company name, and reestablishing it as Warner Bros.
