Carly Simon

American singer-songwriter, musician, and children's author. Born Carly Elisabeth Simon 25 June 1945, the Bronx, New York, NY, USA. Winner of the Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1989 for "Let The River Run" (Working Girl). Two-time Grammy Award winner. Inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1994.
