Gino Negri

Gino Negri was an Italian composer. In addition to his activity as a composer, he worked for some years as a music critic for Panorama magazine and as a teacher at the New Academy of Milan and the school of the Piccolo Teatro in Milan. He worked intensely throughout his life in the field of stage music, writing countless musical comments for performances by the main Italian prose companies as a collaborator of the most important directors. In 1967 he won the "Italy Award" with the radio opera "Giovanni Sebastiano".
