Thomas F Kelly Tom Kelly is an American musician. He plays guitar, piano and he is also a singer/songwriter/bassist. Has an extensive songwriting partnership with Billy Steinberg. Please use Steinberg & Kelly when both have songwriting credits. Inducted into Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2011.
