Giulia Mafai

Giulia Mafai is an Italian costume designer and set designer. Sister of Maria Mafai, third and last daughter of the couple of Mario Mafai and Antonietta Raphaël, began her career as a costume designer and set designer starting in 1950, signing some of the most famous Italian films. He works with various directors and actors of the period including Vittorio De Sica, Mario Monicelli, Sophia Loren, Marcello Mastroianni, Elliott Gould, Harvey Keitel, Keith Carradine.
