Edward Penn

Edward Penn (born 25 September 1926 Washington, District of Columbia, USA) is an American actor. He has appeared in numerous print assignments, commercials, television programs, motion pictures, and theatrical productions since 1963. He is most recognized for his appearance as “Owen March”, Elaine’s 66 year old boyfriend, in the Seinfeld episode “The Alternate Side” which originally aired on 4 December 1991 on the NBC Network. He retired in 1994 and relocated to an affluent lakefront community on the north shore of Chicago.
