The Pandemonium laboratory was born in 1976 at the Italian RCA with the idea of ​​bringing together in a sort of cohabitation of new emerging talents in Italy (actors, singers, authors ...) and creating a sort of artistic interaction. Obviously they were followed by famous authors and arrangers such as Piero Pintucci, choreographers such as Franco Miseria. After a couple of years of 'gym' some elements of the laboratory look for new paths and among them Dario Farina (one of the most important authors of the 80s. All the successes of the Ricchi e Poveri and other artists are his), Michele Paulicelli, author of highly successful musicals (Forza Venite Gente), Amedeo Minghi, songwriter and author who together with the group recorded L'immenso, his first success. Between 1978 and 1979 Pandemonium began collaborating with two great Italian artists: Gabriella Ferri and Gigi Proietti. The former Pandemonium laboratory which is slowly taking on its connotations, which will then continue until the present years, of a theater-song group, first carries out with Gabriella Ferri a television, record and theatrical project with the show '. ..And now let's get started.' Subsequently, a discographic and artistic collaboration was born with Gigi Proietti with the show written and directed by Luigi Magni 'Gaetanaccio's Comedy', success of the public and critic of Gigi Proietti. With the participation in the Sanremo Festival in 1979 with a desecrating and provocative track (forerunner of many subsequent artists) entitled 'You always suck', the theater-song group I Pandemonium gets a big popularity, sells hundreds of thousands of records and finds a precise identity in the Italian artistic panorama. The Group subsequently managed itself, entrusting the leadership to Mariano Perrella and Gianni Mauro, authors of most of the pieces performed.
