Sabina Ciuffini is an Italian former showgirl, actress, singer and entrepreneur.
Sabina Ciuffini began her television career appearing in some spots of Carosello in the late 1960s. Later she was noticed by Mike Bongiorno, who had seen her at the exit of the Giulio Cesare classical high school in Rome and made her participate in the selections for the role of "speaking valley" of the Rischiatutto program; Ciuffini got the better, overcoming Claudia Rivelli and Dirce Bezzi.
Her role alongside Mike Bongiorno was innovative: until then, in fact, the presenter's collaborators, like Edy Campagnoli, had never spoken during the transmissions, but with Rischiatutto they were involved in the dialogues. The turning point was not limited only to dialectical comparison, but was also customary: Ciuffini wore a miniskirt, fashionable among young people at the time, but absolutely unheard of until then in the Puritan Rai. Ciuffini will support the Italian-American conductor for all five editions of the quiz, from 1970 to 1974 and then also to the conduct of the Sanremo Festival 1975.
