Raquel Gallego is a Los Angeles based cinematographer lensing dramatic narrative, commercials, documentaries and music videos. She is based in Los Angeles California and has worked in the film industry in Spain, Mexico and the USA for over a decade.
Born in San Francisco, California and raised in Madrid, Spain, Raquel is fluent in Spanish and English and brings to her image-making a European sensibility with a Western attitude. Her passion for film and photography drove her to pursue her career as a Director of Photography.
Her Mentors have included Gabriel Beristain ASC, BSC, Gonzalo Amat and Pedro Castro and she has consistently moved up the ranks in the camera department form assistant, to camera operator for studio feature films and television shows with credits.
