Isa Bellini

Isa Bellini, stage name of Isabella Calò, is an Italian singer, actress and voice actress In the years of the conflict and in the immediate post-war period she dedicated herself exclusively to theater, working with artists such as Odoardo Spadaro, Walter Chiari, Renato Rascel, Totò and the De Rege brothers. Precisely through the experience of the stage, Bellini acquired the security and affability that would make her, in the fifties, one of the most popular lookouts for microphones. Returned permanently to the radio in 1948, she took part, as a presenter and animator, in many of the radio varieties of the time, as well as in events and broadcasts of different kinds.
