Ernesto De Curtis

Ernesto De Curtis was an Italian composer. He studied piano and graduated from the Conservatory of San Pietro a Majella. He wrote the music (with his brother Giambattista, poet and painter, who wrote the lyrics) of the famous song Torna a Surriento. Between 1900 and 1930 he wrote hundreds of songs.
