Bettina "Tina" Ruland is a German actress.
Ruland first attended the Empress Theophanu High School in Cologne-Kalk and then moved to the Johann Gottfried Herder High School in Cologne-Buchheim. Here she graduated from high school in 1987, followed by training as a commercial assistant in the property and housing industry at the vocational school in Ratingen-Hösel.
Ruland was "Playmate of the Month" in the men's magazine Playboy in March 1988. She had her first television role in 1991. Since then she has been involved in numerous television productions.
After her first photo series in Playboy in 1988, further photo series of her appeared in the May 1990 edition and at the age of 46 in the October 2013 edition.
Tina Ruland has been an anniversary ambassador for v. Bodelschwingh Foundation Bethel.
In 2004 she and her partner Alain Rahmoune became parents of a son. From 2010 to 2019 she was in a relationship with the management consultant Claus G. Oldörp, with whom she had a son.
