Simon Schwarz

Simon Schwarz is an Austrian actor. Schwarz was born the son of a theater scholar and a Germanist. In addition to dance training in the Tanzforum Wien and at the Tanztheater in Zurich as well as classical ballet training, he took acting lessons at the Anne Woolliams School in Zurich and attended the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Art in Berlin. This was followed by theater engagements at the Stadttheater Klagenfurt, at the Stadttheater Luzern and at the jolie théâtre in Basel. In 1996 he made his television debut. Since 2012 he has been in a relationship with the director and screenwriter Alexandra Makarová.
