Frank Meschkuleit

Frank Meschkuleit (born August 9, 1974) is a Canadian voice actor and puppeteer who plays the voice of Warlow on the television series Noddy. He has also performed as a voice actor and puppeteer on other shows. He was also the child acting performer for Little David from Fraggle Rock. October 18, 2003, Susan Garland and He are married.
