| Notes | The first 4.000 copies of this release have the artwork for each disc inverted.
A business card sized note inside the Digipak reads:
Message from Uncle Al
"Hey, we worked for days on end getting
Ministry's Final World Tour Live DVD
and Documentary done. Many bottles of
great libations were opened... and
imbibed... during the process. By the
time it was all over, in our hazy jubilant
state, the artwork for each disc got flipped
- excuse the hell outta me! It is still the
same awesome stuff on there and if you
are reading this message you now
officially have yourself a Collector's Item!"
