In addition, packaged in case is a plastic, credit-card sized card with download code for "a SpongeBob Surprise." Front of the card features full-color artwork. Listed on reverse: "You Can Collect All 5 Cards With Unique Downloads!" It is not clear if different styles of cards were randomly inserted into copies of this DVD or how exactly one would go about collecting all 5 cards.
