| Notes | The release is made up of two main parts, a die-cut slip case (of which the TV screen on the cover has been removed) and a 4 panel digipack case, which when slipped into the outer casing places popular characters from that season into the TV screen.
This release includes a full colour 10 page booklet which contains information regarding each episode including credits, a short plot synopsis, original air date, scene selection, running time and any special features included with this release. Although the running times are given they usually are shorter than the running times found on the discs themselves.
