Archiv für Kunst und Geschichte
Archiv für Kunst und Geschichte (AKG-Images) is a German photo library founded in 1945 as a photo printing agency by journalist and art collector, Wilfried Göpel in Leipzig. It continues as a family run business and has a total stock of more than 10 million pictures. The company is headquartered in Berlin and has offices in Paris and London. Archiv für Kunst und Geschichte appears to be an earlier form of the current business name.
