Csűrös Zoltán (Dr. Csűrös Zoltán) was a Kossuth Prize-winning Hungarian chemical engineer, member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (Magyar Tudományos Akadémia).
He was the founder and head of the Department of Textile Chemistry (1938-1947) and then Organic Chemical Technology (1947-1971) of the Budapest University of Technology (Budapesti Műszaki Egyetem).
From 1946 he was the chairman of the editorial board of the periodical Élet és Tudomány (Life and Science), and he also participated in the writing and editing of articles in the Új Magyar Lexikon (New Hungarian Lexicon, 1969-1976).
He is the father of the actress Csűrös Karola.
