Druck- und Buchbinderei Werkstätten May & Co. Nachf. was a German printing and bookbinding company. Was acquired by Deutsche Buch-Gemeinschaft in 1963 as a subsidiary for A. Seydel Druck Und Buchbinderei. Went independent again by the end of 1987 and changed the legal status to GmbH, before Bertelsmann took over Deutsche Buch-Gemeinschaft in 1988. See also: May & Co.
