Ward Lock Ltd.

British publishing company, formerly called Ward, Lock & Co., Limited. NB. some confusion over over name change. Companies House has Ward Lock & Co. Ltd. being incorporated in 7 November 1924, not c1897. The 1969 AGM then agreed to change the name to Ward Lock Limited, however 'confirmation' document is dated 1976.
